The ISO 9239 Radiant Flooring Panel test serves as the foundation for evaluating flooring materials' reaction to fire within the Euroclass system. This apparatus measures flame spread across samples under thermal exposure using a radiant heat ignition source, simulating fire conditions that radiate through door openings onto flooring in adjacent rooms or corridors. The equipment is also compliant with ASTM E648 standards.
